Usiko is a best-practice NGO based in Jamestown, Stellenbosch, that uses a transformative rites of passage approach to mentor youth, helping them transition into responsible, empowered adulthood. Through mentorship, skills development, and knowledge-sharing, Usiko nurtures resilient leaders for tomorrow.
I supported Usiko with digital marketing services, managing and creating content for their Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website to amplify their mission and community impact. I also volunteered on various collective initiatives and workshops, contributing to photography, mobile journalism, and a collaborative STEM project in partnership with the Cape Winelands Biosphere Reserve.
